What We Do
New Horizon Network Foundation provides individualized support to children, adults, and families through education, advocacy, assessment, and case management services. We work closely with each person to understand their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Our programs include IEP advocacy, adaptive parenting classes, FASD assessment and support, family stabilization, and pathways to independence. Through practical guidance and compassionate care, we help individuals build confidence, develop essential skills, and participate fully in their communities.
