Our Story
How We Got Started
New Horizon Network Foundation, Inc. began with a simple belief: every individual deserves the opportunity to feel included, supported, and empowered. We recognized that many children, adults, and families face challenges when accessing education, advocacy, assessments, and community resources.
Our foundation was created to bridge those gaps by providing compassionate, person-centred support. From the beginning, our goal has been to listen, understand each person’s needs, and help them build confidence, independence, and a brighter future.
